Nobleman School of Floral Design (NSFD) was established in 1994 and today, NSFD is one of the premier floral design school in Asia Pacific.

With the reputation of their widely-acclaimed trainers, NSFD constantly attracts numerous local and overseas students from ASEAN, China, Japan, ANZ and Europe, to attend its specialized floral art courses. Currently overseas students form a third of the entire yearly enrolment.

Courses are broad-based as well as specialized to cater for different requirement of the students. The objective of the lessons are always taught in a creative and easy-to-understand manner. In addition, they adopt the latest training curriculum and technique with the top priority to ensure the students understanding the floral techniques and think creatively. As an internationally recognized floral institution, all NSFD professional certificates are endorsed exclusively by World Flower Council (WFC) in Asia Pacific.

The school also conducts regular workshops where in-dept topics are discussed. Each year, the school organized an Annual NSFD Seminar where world-renowned floral artists are invited to be VIP Speakers. This provides an excellent opportunity for the students to upgrade their art skill towards new dimension.

At NSFD, students are always encouraged to participate in the international or local floral design competitions to develop their artistic flair in floral design and gain useful exposure. Such relentless effort produces encouraging result where NSFD students topped many of the international and regional floral design competitions.

At Nobleman, we select only the most dedicated and experienced team of professionals to lead and coach our students. This team, lead by our school principal – Mr Anson Low, AIFD, who is also the Chapter Leader of the World Flower Council – has immense industry & teaching experience. Together with our specially-trained instructors, we aim to bring out the full potential of our student in floral design.

As with most art forms, floral design is a skill that is best cultivated through theory as well as practical lessons. Nobleman ensures that our students have access to the most comprehensive study materials and we back that up with personal one-on-one coaching. We strive to meet each of our students’ needs with flexible learning schedules, outdoor and creative training programs, overseas student exchange programs as well as job placement and attachment schemes.

Keeping in line with our commitment to provide the most up-to-date trends and styles in floral design, our instructors attend regular overseas refresher courses, and at the same time, further enhance their knowledge and skill through interacting and learning from some of the most renowned floral designers in the world.

Of course, Nobleman also ensures that all our students have access to all the necessary facilities for their courses. With a 500sqf fully air-conditioned class room, individual workstations, and a photography set-up for any photoshoot event, we are confident of meeting each student’s needs. We are also the proud owners of a library with the largest collection of floral design books and magazines in South East Asia.
